We value our customers’ health, hygiene, and safety above everything else. Since sanitary pads are a personal hygiene product, the following return and refund policy applies.

🚫 Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items For hygiene and safety reasons: Opened, used, or unsealed sanitary pads are not eligible for return or refund Products with broken seals or signs of usage cannot be accepted Such items cannot be resold as per health and safety regulations.

✅ Eligible for Return / Replacement Return or replacement will be accepted only in the following cases: Wrong product delivered Manufacturing defect found Product received in damaged or leaked sealed packaging Expired product delivered.
📌 Note: The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.

⏰ Return Request Timeline All return or replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery Requests made after this period will not be accepted

🔁 Replacement / Refund Process Once the issue is verified: A replacement product will be shipped Or a refund will be processed to the original mode of payment Refund processing time: 5–7 business days

Return Shipping In case of wrong or defective product, return shipping will be arranged or reimbursed by us No returns will be accepted without prior approval
